I am done and I am glad to be home. Back to the yucky taste to my mouth. I did fine thou. The doctor said that she could barely feel the lymph node. So it seems to be getting smaller. Praise for that!
She talked a lot about the future. Next treatment is Dec 5 and then Dec 31. I will have my surgery around the 14th of Jan. Then radiation will begin 3-6 weeks after. That will last for about 8 weeks. Reconstructive surgery will be 6mos after that. So still a long road. She also told me a lot about what can happen and why. So it is just going to be part of my life for a long time.
That's all for now off to rest. Love you and continue to pray for me
Cindy

Thank you God. May you rest and have some great days ahead of you before the next treatment which is on Jeff's birthday. Cindy, you are such a tropper and a beautiful one at that. So many people praying for you and lifting you up in the name of Jesus. Keep on keeping on. Love to you all. Only 6 more days until Madison's BIG 8!!!!
Welcome Home my Friend! Rest and know we love you and will continue to talk to God! We are asking Him to love on you, and hold you very tight this weekend. Know He has you!
I'm glad everything went as well as it could. I prayed for you all day. Our church has a very special prayer room that I went to during my break at work today and got down on my knees for you. I know God's touch is in your life! Does anything help the taste in your mouth??
So glad you are back home safely. I'm sorry that you have that yucky taste in your mouth again. I took a medicine a few months back that gave me a terrible taste in my mouth so I can certainly relate to what you are experiencing. I pray that it will subside very soon.
Thanks for giving us your "itinerary" so we know how better to pray from you.
Praying that God would give you a great night's rest tonight.
Still praying and believing!

Cindy,
I'm glad you are home and may you get lots of good rest. The road to recovery may be long -we will all be praying you through.
I'm glad you made it through and have such wonderful perspective on things. I'm sure it must be difficult to look at such a long series of things to come, and yet knowing that each step is part of what will get you through.
So, one day at a time, and this weekend is a time for rest, for sure!
I had taste troubles/dry mouth with pregnancy. It's tough. You can only suck on so many sour balls!
Let your family love on you, and, yes, get ready to party!!
Lifting you to the Father in prayer, Cindy. He is your Strength, Shield and the Lifter of your head.
Hugs and prayers, Faith
